Play full-screen

Tap the Share button in Safari, choose Add to Home Screen, then open RetroPie Controller from your Home Screen — it runs full-screen with no address bar.

Exit to EmulationStation?

This quits the current game and returns to the RetroPie menu. Unsaved progress will be lost.

Reboot the Pi?

This power-cycles the Raspberry Pi and ends the current game. It comes back on its own in under a minute.
